O R D E R I N G
Contact us with any questions or to place an order. If you know what invitation style you would like; please download and email a completed
order form. We will build and send an estimate based on your order within 2-3 business days. Once you approve your estimate, we will send you a contract, deposit invoice, and project schedule. Your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required within 7 business days to begin your invitation.

Precious Bugarin Design is a Portland, Oregon based studio. We are excited to work with Portlanders and those from other parts of the country. We look forward to discussing your event and the type of experience you’re looking to create.

Premiere Invitation orders (mobius, parcel, leaflet, asterisk, and mini) require a minimum of 2 months from your desired mailing date. Design typically takes 4 weeks and printing 3 weeks. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping. Before design begins we will send you an estimate and schedule based on order specifications. After final design approval, your invitation will be sent to our partner letterpress printer Clare Carpenter for final printing.

Custom invitations are one of a kind and personalized for your special occasion. A minimum of 3 months from your desired mailing date are required to design and print a custom invitation order. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping.

Premiere Invitation orders (mobius, parcel, leaflet, asterisk, and mini) include your choice of ink and paper color/s from our collection, 2 rounds of design adjustments, and pdf proofs to approve before going to print. Prices begin at $1300 for a 1 color letterpressed suite of 100.

Custom invitations include the design of 3 unique suites to select from, 2 rounds of design adjustments, an array of paper and colors to chose from and letterpress printing. Prices start at $2600 for a suite of 100 letterpressed invitations.

Our project estimates are customized to fit your order. Please let us know if you are working within a certain budget or would like to add custom elements to your suite. If you see a custom invite of ours that you love, ask us how we can create something just as special for you!

Shipping:
Orders may be picked up at our NW Portland office. All other orders will be shipped via FedEx or US Priority Mail. Shipping costs are not included in your design estimate but are available upon request. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping.

Letterpress Printing:
Letterpress printing is a relief method of printing steeped in tradition, using raised text and images which are pressed into paper. Each sheet to be printed is hand fed one at a time, creating a unique and deeply textured impression—allow for slight variations per item.

Custom Match Ink Colors:
Custom match colors are available at $30.00 per color, please mail a swatch for us to match.

Additional items ordered:
Items added and ordered to your suite after design has begun will incur a 20% fee.

Rush Jobs:
We are happy to accommodate rush orders for an additional 30% fee.

Letterpress printer and book artist Clare Carpenter is the proprietor of Tiger Food Press in Portland, Oregon. A local favorite with national cache, the press creates limited edition artist books, broadsides and ephemera and also provides custom print services. Collaborating with Portland artists and designers, Clare has helped create large-scale installations, fine press literary journals, special occasion stationery and decorative papers.
